Most of our standard garage plans are 20 ft. X 24 ft.
- All garages are double (for 2 cars) and have extra space for a storage/workshop area.
- Disappearing stairway is included with all garages. (Except for when the area above the garage is finished.)
- Garages have: Automatic garage door closers with 2 remotes, 3 electrical outlets, 2 windows and a 3 ft. wide door to the outside.

Additional Storage
When you need more storage than is normally provided you can choose from the following:
“Garage Attic Truss” option gives you floored clearly open attic storage space over garage can easily be added with access from a disappearing stairway. Note: all garages are equipped with a disappearing stairway to the attic.
Add-on Closet options give you the possibility of adding more closet space outside the normal plan provisions for clothes, linens or other items.
Exterior Storage options can provide more storage for items such as yard tools, yard equipment or workshop space.
