From Clemson, travel on Highway 123 to Eighteen Mile Road. (1st exit out of town).  Turn left onto Highway 88 at the BP Station.  Follow Highway 88 until you reach Highway 8.  Turn left towards Pelzer.  After crossing over I-85, turn right onto Midway Road.  Travel approximately 2 .5 miles and subdivision will be on your left. 
From Greenville,  Take I-85 toward Atlanta.  Exit at #32 and turn left toward Pelzer on Hwy 8.  Turn right onto Midway Road.  Go approximately 2.5 miles and the subdivision will be on your left.
